In the fourth quarter of 2023, the top five Books and Reference applications on a unified platform in Central America demonstrated diverse trends in downloads, revenue, and active users, according to data from Sensor Tower. Here's a closer look at the performance of each app:

Bible Offline-KJV Holy Bible saw its weekly revenue peak at approximately $107 in mid-October and again at $106 in mid-December. Weekly downloads were highest in early October, reaching around 105K, and then saw a gradual decline, ending the quarter with approximately 56K downloads in the last week of December. Active users fluctuated, starting from 1.55M in late September and ending with about 1.5M by the end of December.

Holy Bible - KJV+Verse experienced a consistent number of weekly downloads, ranging between 21K and 59K. The highest number of downloads was recorded in late November with approximately 59K. Active users saw a peak of around 138K in late November and ended the quarter at about 111K.

Bible App Lite - NIV Offline had a significant increase in weekly downloads, starting at around 12K in late October and reaching approximately 64K by the last week of December. Active users also saw substantial growth, beginning with about 6K in late October and peaking at approximately 85K by the end of the quarter.

Wattpad - Read & Write Stories showed steady weekly revenue, peaking at around $9.6K in late November. Weekly downloads were consistent, with a notable increase to about 60K in the last week of December. Active users saw fluctuations, starting from approximately 2.53M in late September and ending with about 2.58M by the end of December.

YouVersion Bible App + Audio maintained a steady weekly download rate, peaking at around 38K in the last week of December. Active users showed a slight decline from approximately 1.45M in mid-October to about 1.34M by the end of December.
